An Association of Independent Practioners

Founded in 1982, New Beginnings has grown to include eight licensed psychotherapists. Several are multilingual, and all work cooperatively to share areas of professional expertise for the benefit of the many clients who seek help here.

New Beginnings Counseling Center is located just off the 101 Freeway in Camarillo (take the Carmen exit) in a pleasant office building in a quiet residential neighborhood. We are located near the Camarillo Outlet Mall. Click Here for Directions to our office.

The independent therapists at New Beginnings  consult regularly both with each other and with outside professionals to ensure that clients are offered the latest techniques and best possible services.  Each of the therapists at New Beginnings are licensed under the State of California and maintain their professional status with training and continued education to provide only the highest level of professionalism and ethical standards. 

New Beginnings offers a wide variety of counseling options: individual psychotherapy, marriage and family counseling, adolescent counseling, play therapy for children, special therapy for eating disorders (both group and individual,) as well as psychological testing and assessment. Group therapy is an excellent way to address certain individual difficulties as well as promote healthy growth in relationships. Check out our Groups Currently Offered.
