Internship Positions Available

Description: Offering office space, supervision, training and client opportunities for fee split. Looking for qualified MFT Interns or PsyD students interested in both eating disorder treatment and group psychotherapy. Working with children/adolescents and their families, as well as adults and couples. Begin to build your private practice and develop your specialty.

Education/Experience Requirements: Registered Intern number and professional liability insurance. Prior experience in co-leading groups a plus. Interest in working with complex diagnoses and treatment applications. Desire to work in a treatment team, coordinating care with other therapists, doctors, psychiatrists, and nutritionists. Motivation to network and build marketing plan for private practice.

Position Requirements: Minimum one year contract commitment. Available to co-lead 1-2 weekly evening therapy or support groups. Videotaping of client sessions and live supervision within both individual and group supervision settings. Commitment to attending local professional organizations and training opportunities. Weekly work schedule: 10 hours per week minimum.
